Ardoch Algonquin First Nation is an Algonquin community located in the heart of the Ottawa Valley. Ardoch First Nation is a community of approximately 700 members. Our community is a proud community that have a strong tie to the land and the Natural Resources.
Many of our people are active in cultural activities which include hunting, fishing and trapping. Each year on the long weekend in September, Ardoch hosts a Menomin (wild rice) Festival Pow Wow. This is a family gathering where peoples from all races and nationalities come together to celebrate our culture with us.
